I wanted to know how they became successful in the business. I wanted to know everything they had to do to get there and more. A lot of the photographers I reached out to are highly successful; photographers who shoot famous people like Michelle Obama, those who take photos for the broadway marquis, etc. Naturally, I didn’t really expect responses from anyone. To my surprise, several wrote back to me and a couple even invited me to visit their studios to speak with them."
