Night Time-lapse Photography with Stars and Auroras – PictureCorrect: "There have been quite a few timelapse videos making an appearance lately and Randy Halverson’s, Temporal Distortion, might just be one of my favorites. His timelapse takes us into remote areas in the United States and shows us what the night sky looks like sans light pollution. How to Sharpen Photos – PictureCorrect
How to Sharpen Photos – PictureCorrect: "One thing to note about digital photos before we on… the picture format which you use. If you’ve set you digital camera to capture in JPEG format, it is likely you’ve encounter some loss of quality in the picture due to image compression. If, however, you’ve selected to shoot in RAW mode, then you’ll unlikely face any image degradation – sharpening a RAW image isn’t necessary as often."

Smugmug’s Camera Awesome App For iPhones [REVIEW]
Smugmug’s Camera Awesome App For iPhones [REVIEW]: "This is one review I am excited to write. I have been a fan of Smugmug for years and years, paying for their Pro account annually and enjoying the ease of use on the site. I am also a recent iPhone convert and have enjoyed playing with various apps as I become accustomed to the device. One area of interest has been photography apps and I was quick to download the Photographer’s Ephemeris and a decent Depth Of Field (hyperfocal) Calculator. I then played around with various camera apps and found some useful and some lacking."

How Photoshop Makes us all Paranoid
How Photoshop Makes us all Paranoid: "What I learned very quick in my starting activity as a freelance-photographer is that, all work be damned, you have exceedingly little control over your assignment-flow. Sure, you can make a great website/jolly facebookpage/stellar portfolio. But making people to call you now, now now! is rather hard."
